Deep work with trauma and attachment wounds from the comfort and privacy of your own home, with me beside you every step of the way.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) pairs a ketamine session with therapy to help you work with complex trauma, attachment wounds, and long-held survival patterns. Within an expanded state of awareness, many people find they can release old wounds, feel more connected to themselves, and discover deeper meaning.
The medicine opens a door. The therapy before and after is what helps you walk through it and bring what you find into your life.
We get to know each other, set an intention together, and plan your space and your safety. You'll practice taking your own blood pressure, so dosing day feels familiar.
On dosing day I'm with you by video the whole time, steady and present. You rest with an eye mask, headphones, and music, knowing someone is there.
In the days afterward, we meet to make sense of what came up and help it settle into everyday life. You set the pace.
I'll walk you through each of these in preparation.
Safety is built into every step.
A collaborating medical provider collects your medical history, talks through the risks and benefits with you, and decides whether KAP is right for you. If it is, a pharmacy sends the medicine directly to your home.
You check your blood pressure before and after dosing and share the readings with me. Your readings need to fall within a range we agree on in advance. If they don't, we reschedule.
I'm on video with you from start to finish.
Before your first dosing session, we record your address, an emergency contact, your nearest ER, and a backup phone number.
Plan to rest for the rest of the day, with no driving and no big decisions.

I'm Seaghan Coleman, a licensed clinical social worker and EMDRIA Approved Consultant with 18 years of experience in trauma, dissociation, and attachment healing. I trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Polaris Insight Center, and I also train other therapists in EMDR.
A lifetime of Buddhist and contemplative practice shapes how I work: present, steady, and warm. I'm licensed in Pennsylvania and offer care by secure video throughout the state.
Read more about Seaghan →Yes. You need to be physically in Pennsylvania during every session, because that's where I'm licensed.
A trusted adult at home is strongly recommended. If that's difficult for you, we'll talk it through together.
Dosing sessions are on Wednesdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and Thursdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Preparation and integration sessions are easier to fit around your week.
We'll have a backup phone number in your safety plan, and I'll call you right away.
I'm in network in Pennsylvania with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Oxford, Oscar, The Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare, including Medicare Advantage. Coverage for KAP varies by plan, so it's worth checking your psychotherapy benefits before we begin. The medical evaluation and the medicine come through a collaborating medical provider and pharmacy, so those costs are separate from my sessions. If I'm not in network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact me for current fees.
Send me a message. We'll talk about what you're hoping for and whether KAP seems like a fit, and I'll walk you through the next steps.
Reach out and we'll start with a conversation about what you're hoping for. There's no pressure, and you set the pace.
